Postal Products Unlimited, Inc. products are guaranteed in material and workmanship to the original purchaser for a period of one year from the date of product shipment. Postal Products Unlimited's obligations under this warranty are expressly limited to the repair or replacement of any unit or component part, which is at the sole discretion of Postal Products Unlimited. All products must be returned to Postal Products Unlimited at the customer's expense with prior authorization from Postal Products Unlimited. Postal Products Unlimited's obligation shall in no event include damage resulting from transportation, mishandling, neglect, misuse, acts of nature or vandalism.
